Spooked by Halloween

Tonight we went to Bryce’s schools Halloween party. We carved a pumpkin, had some treats, and enjoyed the spooky music and costumes. Bryce was afraid of all the kids that were dressed up, regardless of their costumes. He kept saying, “Scary, scary,” even to his classmates. He stayed shy behind me and Daniel during the party.

I hope that it was just a little overwhelming for him, and come Halloween he will be prepared for trick or treating.

Thanks for reading,

  1. oh dear my lewis (6) just hates anything like this ~much too scary for him ~hates any kind of dressing up ~although just loves mario ~looking at your pic ~ even having that costume would not change his mind.
for halloween we dress up ~but lewis likes to hand out the sweets at the door (in normal clothes ) ~gosh the outfits i have bought him to wear ~ all up in the loft never worn!!!
his older brother has AS ~loves dressing up as scary as possible ~so you can imagine the tears from both sides getting the right balance!!
